Booking & Service Policy

• Scheduling your appointment in advance is always recommended, should there be an opening or cancellation, feel free to contact us.
• You should receive a reminder text approximately 24-hours before your appointment. If for any reason a reminder text is not sent, client is still responsible to show for their appointed service.
• Please arrive 15-minutes prior to fill out our intake form.
• Please do not come in if you are experiencing any cold/flu related symptoms or early signs of symptoms. We kindly ask you contact us immediately to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner; stay home & rest.
• Add-On Services & Treatment Enhancements- To better customize your services to be a perfect fit for you, add-on's/ enhancements may be booked in advance while booking your service. If you're unsure which are a perfect match for you, whether you'd like to focus on treatment and/or relaxation, you can always ask your L.E. or book a Free Consultation
• It is client's responsibility to read, and sign Contraindications & Aftercare Instruction forms for their service of choice. Your L.E. will discuss this at time of service as well. Any questions or concerns please book a Free Consultation beforehand and follow up with your L.E. 

We understand unexpected matters may arise in any situation; in the event you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. 

A 15-minute grace period is permitted to either get in contact or for arrival after your scheduled appointment time. After that, you have the options to (1) enjoy the remaining time of your service, we can only conduct your service within your appointed time; or (2) to cancel your appointment. Please note, should you have to cancel your service same day, any booking deposit made prior shall not be refunded, as stated in the Cancellation Policy. (Unfortunately, option 1 is unavailable for Lash Extension services as it is a time sensitive service that requires the full amount of time to be performed in a safe and professional manner.)

Your promptness is greatly appreciated and required to properly serve you, but also to be courteous to your L.E. and others' time.

 We kindly ask we receive some form of contact 24-hours in advance to your scheduled appointment time regarding any changes/ cancellations to better accommodate you.

 Without a 24-hour notice, same day cancellations/no shows; in order to book your next service, a non-refundable deposit of $25 will need to be made. Second offense will require a deposit of 50% of total service ticket in order to book.
